NOTICE TO MARC OLIVER KIRSCH
and interested persons:
A Petition for Determination of Death of the above-named missing person, Marc Oliver Kirsch ("Decedent"), has been filed by Johannes Sebastian Kirsch and Gabriele Kirsch, parents of said missing person. The Petition shows Decedent’s domicile within the jurisdiction of this Court and asks that the Court issue an Order determining Decedent’s death.
JUL 12 2018, at 9:00 a.m., before the presiding Judge in Probate in his courtroom at Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, is the appointed date, time and place for hearing said petition and hearing all interested persons.
