TRADING PLACES INTERNATIONAL on behalf of HAWAIIAN PRINCESS TIME SHARE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, A HAWAII NON-PROFIT CORPORATION will be allowed credit bids, since the monies are owed to them. Purchaser shall pay all costs of conveyancing, including Title Insurance and Escrow fees, conveyance tax, document drafting and preparation, securing possession and notary and recording fees. Sale is subject to postponement and/or cancellation, for any reason before, or after commencement or bidding, at TRADING PLACES INTERNATIONAL discretion.
