NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF DAVID A. NOBRIGA, DECEASED, ESTATE OF DAVID A. NOBRIGA, AND THE DAVID A. NOBRIGA REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT

Notice is hereby given that DAVID A. NOBRIGA (who was also known as David Ambrose Nobriga) (“Decedent”) passed away on November 8, 2017.
All persons having a claim against Decedent, the above-named estate (“Estate”) or The David A. Nobriga Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated June 26, 1975 (“Trust”), are hereby notified that CATHERINE NOBRIGA KIM and JAMES J. NOBRIGA, whose address is c/o 509 Kaao Circle, Kahului, Hawaii 96732, are serving as Co-Trustees of the Trust.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, all creditors of Decedent, the Estate or the Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to CATHERINE NOBRIGA KIM and JAMES J. NOBRIGA, as Co-Trustees of the Trust, at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
