YOU ARE NOTIFIED that Plaintiff U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-8 filed a Complaint against you in Civil No. 18-1-0069-01 JHC in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii. In the Complaint, Plaintiff is asking for, among other things, foreclosure of the property located at 620 Sheridan Street #301, Honolulu, HI 96814, Tax Map Key No. (1) 2-3-015-018-0009, in which you may claim an interest; a judgment against you for monies owed for principal, interest, late charges, costs, expenses, advances, and attorney’s fees on a mortgage loan; and for other appropriate relief.
YOU ARE SUMMONED to appear before the HONORABLE JEANNETTE H. CASTAGNETTI, in the Judge’s courtroom, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, HI 96813, on Tuesday, the 17th day of July, 2018, at 9:00 A.M., or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before the above date on the LAW OFFICES OF MARVIN S.C. DANG, LLLC, attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is P.O. Box 4109, Honolulu, Hawaii 96812-4109. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. Failure to obey this Summons may result in an entry of default and default judgment.
