DOUGLAS ANTHONY CHANG Age 72, of Waianae and recently of Honolulu passed away on May 14, 2018. Retired from the City & County of Honolulu Refuse Department after 39 years of service, he is survived by his wife Lynette; son James (Cindy) Keiki III and daughter Kaipolani. Visitation from 9 a.m. with services at 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 31, 2018 at Grace Chapel of Honolulu in ‘Aina Haina. No flowers.
