ESTATE OF REGINALD KAZUHIKO OKA also known as Reginald K. Oka, DECEASED and the REGINALD KAZUHIKO OKA TRUST, declared under unrecorded trust instrument dated April 27, 2011 (the "Trust’).

FILED, a document dated April 27, 2011 purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of the above-named decedent, who died on January 24, 2018, together with an Application by JASON KAZUHISA OKA, whose address is c/o Eric S. Yamagata, Esq., 119 Merchant Street, Suite 630, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 praying, for informal probate of will and the issuance of Letters to JASON KAZUHISA OKA.

If any interested person has objection to the informal probate proceedings, he may file a petition for formal testacy proceedings within forty (40) days after the date of the first publication of this notice; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, he must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-204.

All creditors of the above-named estate or the aforementioned Trust are hereby notified that Jason Kazuhiza Oka is the appointed Successor Trustee of the Trust and that all claims against the decedent, the estate, or the Trust must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said Personal Representative and/or to the Successor Trustee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
