Trust 2007-HE1 ("Plaintiff”), has filed a Complaint for Mortgage Foreclosure ("Complaint") against you in that action filed as Civil No. 15-1-0256-02 in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, seeking foreclosure of the real property located at 91-1019 Waaula Street, Kapolei, HI 96707, HI 96707, TMK 1-9-1-079-045-0000, in which you may claim an interest, for sums due on an unpaid Note and Mortgage and for other relief as is just and equitable.
You are hereby summoned to appear before the Honorable Jeannette H.
