All creditors and persons having a claim against the Estate of DOLORES S. ASHIMINE aka DOLORES SUAN ASHIMINE, the DOLORES S. ASHIMINE TRUST dated February 6, 1991, and/or the D.S. ASHIMINE TRUST dated February 17, 2010, as amended, are hereby notified that WILLIAM K.N. MALINA, whose address is c/o Scott C. Suzuki, Attorney-at-Law, 1013 Poha Lane, Honolulu, Hawaii 96826, is the duly appointed Trustee of the D.S. ASHIMINE TRUST dated February 17, 2010, as amended. Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes 560:3-801, all creditors of the above-named Estate and Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the above-named Trustee of the Trust at the address shown above within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
