CONTRACTOR’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 507-43 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, that HAWAIIAN DREDGING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. has completed construction of those certain improvements known as the “CASTLE PROFESSIONAL CENTER REMODEL, MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING AND PARKING GARAGE” project [HDCC Job No. 51607], located at 46-001 Kamehameha Highway, Kaneohe, Hawaii 96744 (Tax Map Key: [Oahu] 4-6-002-044) in accordance with its contract with Adventist Health System / West, Owner.
