NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the provisions of Section 507-43 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction project by JG BUILDERS, LLC on behalf of RF RESTAURANTS IV, LLC, of that certain Rascal Flats Restaurant space situated at 91-5431 Kapolei Parkway, Ste. 401, Kapolei, Hawaii, TMK: (1) 9-1-016-142, has been abandoned.
