WASTEWATER SYSTEMS

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested persons regarding the following. Peter B. Sparks and Clytie P. Mead of Honokaa, Hawaii have applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years as stated in the variance application from Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR) section 11-62-31.1(a)(1)(D).
Mr. Peter JK Dahlberg, Aina Engineers, Holualoa, Hawaii is the individual authorized to act for the applicant. The variance request is for the installation of a proposed individual wastewater system to be located at the property at 66-1299 Ahuli Circle, Kamuela, Hawaii 96743 TMK (3) 6-6-008: 010.
