On February 13, 2018, the Estate of BRENDAN KENNEDY BUCHWACH, Deceased, filed an Application for Intestate Informal Appointment of Personal Representative alleging intestacy of said decedent who died on November 29, 2017, and praying for issuance of Letters to L. KAE GRANIEL, whose address is c/o Davis Levin Livingston, 851 Fort Street, # 400, Honolulu, HI 96813.
Notice is hereby given to all unknown persons and to all known persons whose addresses are unknown who have any interest in the matters being litigated. If any interested person has objections to the Application, he or she may file an objection within forty (40) days from the date of the first publication of this Notice, or such person may be deemed to have waived any objection. If any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, he or she must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to H.R.S. Section 560:3-204.
All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said Applicant, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this Notice, or they will be forever barred.
