NOTICE TO CREDITORS

All creditors of the Estate of JAMES ASAM, Deceased, or the JAMES ASAM REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST dated February 20, 1993, as amended and restated, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to J. KUHIO ASAM and DONALD M. ASAM, Co-Trustees of the Trust, c/o Law Offices of Curtis B. K. Yuen, 1100 Alakea Street, #1701, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, (808) 532-3103, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
