OWNER’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Dawn Pacific Inc. of that certain Pizza Hut Stadium Mall Store situated at 4510 Salt Lake Blvd., Unit B7 Honolulu, Hawaii TMK: 9-9-076-007 has been completed.
