OWNER’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Royal Contracting Co., Ltd. of that certain Wai Kai Hoakalei Retail situated at Ewa, Oahu, Hawaii, TMK: 9-1-134 parcels 36, 37, 38, 40 & 55, has been completed.
