NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF
LEWIS HUNTINGTON HUBBARD, DECEASED,
ESTATE OF LEWIS HUNTINGTON HUBBARD,
AND THE LEWIS H. HUBBARD REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST

Notice is hereby given that LEWIS HUNTINGTON HUBBARD ("Decedent") passed away on October 26, 2017.
All persons having a claim against Decedent, the Estate of Lewis Huntington Hubbard ("Estate") or The Lewis H. Hubbard Revocable Living Trust dated July 23, 1992 ("Trust"), are hereby notified that LESLIE K. HUBBARD, whose address is 95-103 Leolani Place, Mililani, Hawaii 96789, is serving as successor trustee of the Trust.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, all creditors of Decedent, the Estate or the Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to LESLIE K. HUBBARD, as successor trustee of the Trust, at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
