MITSUKO KASUGAI CARD, also known as Mitsuko K. Card, deceased, and the MITSUKO KASUGAI CARD Revocable Living Trust dated January 3, 2001
The above-named decedent died on November 25, 2017. All creditors of the above-named decedent and trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to CHARLES DAVID CARD, Successor Trustee of the Mitsuko Kasugai Card Revocable Living Trust, dated January 3, 2001, c/o Scott A. Makuakane, Est8Planning Counsel LLLC, 1100 Alakea Street, Suite 2424, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
