OWNER’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Swinerton Builders of that certain Renovation of hotel formerly known as The Aqua Waikiki Wave Hotel and now known as The Laylow Waikiki situated at 2299 Kuhio Avenue, Honolulu, Hawaii, TMK: 26022002, has been completed.
