ESTATE OF KAMEKO TAIRA, aka LILLIAN KAMEKO TAIRA aka, KAMEKO LILLIAN TAIRA, DECEASED
FILED, a document purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of the above-named decedent, who died on April 19, 2017, together with an Application by GLENN K. TAIRA, whose address is 6033 Haleola Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96821, praying for informal probate and issuance of Letters to said GLENN K. TAIRA.
If any interested person has objection to the informal probate, the person may file a petition for formal testacy proceedings; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, he must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-204.
All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the personal representative at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
Further, all creditors of the trust established by the decedent under a trust agreement dated October 20, 2008, and known as the Revocable Trust of Kinso Taira and Kameko Taira, are hereby notified that GLENN K. TAIRA is the Successor Trustee of the Trust, whose address is 6033 Haleola Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96821, and that any and all claims which they have against the Trust, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Successor Trustee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
