YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Honorable Jeannette H. Castagnetti in her courtroom at First Circuit Court, Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, on February 13, 2018, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., of said day or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Plaintiff’s attorney, KARYN A. DOI of LEU OKUDA & DOI whose address is The Merchant House, 222 Merchant Street, Main Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
