Notice is hereby given that Hawaii Sunset Events LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company (the "Company"), was dissolved effective as of December 26, 2017. All persons with claims against the Company are to present them in writing to the Company at Attn: Hawaii Sunset Events LLC Dissolved, P. O. Box 596, Kailua, HI 96734. The written claim must include the following information: claimant’s full legal name; summary description and amount of the claim; date the claim arose; and contact information, including claimant’s address and phone number. Pursuant to Section 428-808 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, the claim of each claimant is barred against the limited liability company unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two years after the later of the last publication date of the notice or the date of filing of the articles of termination.
