All persons having a claim against the Estate of LeBurta Gates Atherton, the LeBurta Gates Atherton Revocable Trust under an agreement dated October 15, 1971, as amended (the "Revocable Trust"), or the LeBurta Gates Atherton Living Trust under an agreement dated July 19, 1960, as amended (the "Living Trust"), are hereby notified that (i) Bank of Hawaii, a Hawaii corporation, is the named personal representative of the Will of LeBurta Gates Atherton, with a mailing address c/o Peter Sheehan, P.O. Box 3170, Honolulu, HI 96802; (ii) Bank of Hawaii, a Hawaii corporation, is the Trustee of the Revocable Trust, with a mailing address c/o Peter Sheehan, P.O. Box 3170, Honolulu, HI 96802; and (iii) Bear Creek, Inc., a Wyoming corporation, is the Trustee of the Living Trust, with a mailing address of P.O. Box 4742, Jackson, Wyoming 83001.
