REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS ALU LIKE, Inc. Native Hawaiian Career and Technical Education Program (ALU LIKE NHCTEP) is soliciting proposals for formative and summative independent external evaluation(s) of its seven (7) U. S. Department of Education grants, which provide career and technical education services to Native Hawaiian students. Each of the seven (7) grants is independent of the others and each requires an independent external evaluation to comply with U. S. Department of Education, Office of Career, Technical and Adult Education, Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Improvement Act of 2006 (Perkins IV) – Authority: PL 109-270. The external evaluation(s) will be conducted during the period of December 13, 2017, or soon thereafter, to October 31, 2018, for the program period September 1, 2017 through August 31, 2018. All seven (7) grants are required to be grouped into one proposal, with a total amount available of $70,000.
