NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION Notice is hereby given that Salt Lake Auto Parts, Inc., a Hawaii corporation (the "Corporation"), has filed Articles of Dissolution with the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs of the State of Hawaii, effective as of August 31, 2017. All persons with claims against the Corporation are requested to present their claims to Salt Lake Auto Parts, Inc. at P.O. Box 17327, Honolulu, Hawaii 96817. Claims should include information regarding the basis and amount of the claim, and the name and address of the claimant. A claim against the Corporation will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five years after publication of this notice.
